Pet Odor Removal

Our expert cleaning technicians are trained in how to safely and effectively remove pet stains and odors from any carpet. Allowing pet stains to linger can affect the cleanliness and health of your indoor environment, so we make it a priority to treat pet stains right away.

Pet spots are first pre-treated with a special cleaning agent that will begin to dissolve the stain on contact. Then using our hot water extraction method (also known as steam cleaning) our technicians will clean deep down into the carpet fiber and backing, completely removing and sanitizing stains. Professionally formulated odor control products will be used by our IICRC-trained and certified cleaning technicians. These products are pet-specific, and because we love our furry friends too, they are also pet-safe. We also offer carpet protection as an additional service, which can help protect against future stains.

When our technicians are finished, your carpets will look and smell great, and you can rest assured knowing that you have a healthy indoor environment. We offer all of our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Before you attempt to remove the spot on your own, you need to know that store-bought carpet cleaning products present several potential problems. To start with, some of the chemicals used to remove pet stains are very strong and may damage or discolor your carpet fibers. Harsh chemicals can also be hazardous to you, your family, and your pets.

It is understandable that you will want to treat a pet stain as soon as possible, so we recommend doing the following until professional help can arrive:

- Be careful to not rub the carpet and remove as much of the pet spot as possible. The sooner you can begin this process, the better.

- Use a clean dry towel to soak up the pet spot. Begin by pressing gently at the outside, and slowly move towards the middle.

- The only truly safe cleaning agents for DIY use are plain water or sugar-free club soda. Pour a very small amount of either onto the pet spot and soak it up again using the same method as before.
